Party Booking Terms and Conditions:nnPaymentsnnTo ensure a smooth booking process we require the following booking form and information to be filled in and sent back with a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event. nDeposits are none refundable once payment is made. This covers any planning time and items purchased in this time period. nnCancellationsnWe have a 14 day cancellation policy and any cancellations made within this time frame will be able to claim a refund for any money paid over the deposit amount, the refund will exclude the deposit. nAny cancellation after the 14 day period will still be subject to paying the full amount as stated on final invoice. nnBooking times:nParty entertainers will arrive at a party 15 minutes prior to the party time booked to ensure set up is done for arrival of guests. The time booked will be the time allocated in our booking and that you have paid for.
